Choosing a fix

Match the repair to the water path

Water through one crack in a poured wall is an injection job. Water along the whole floor joint of a block basement points to an interior drain. A wall that is bowing, crumbling or soaked through from outside may need the soil off it. Roof water dumped at the foundation is a downspout and grading problem first.

We test these one by one on the inspection and price the smallest fix that solves the actual problem.
